Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur

The hotel provided a room with a beautiful view, but it overlooked dirt and filth. The service was polite and good, making us inclined to recommend this hotel. However, the initial room allocated was not ideal for two females.

Upon arrival, I had an issue with the initial room as it had a strong sewer stench, but after notifying the staff, they promptly moved me to a different room with a decent view of Fateh Sagar Lake. The service was exceptional, with Amrita and the duty manager Samar going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location is truly exceptional, near the picturesque Fateh Sagar Lake with well-maintained surroundings. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially at the Aravali restaurant. Overall, a great stay at Radisson Blu Udaipur with a few minor setbacks.

The hotel has a nice garden and pool view, but faced issues with door fitting in the rooms which took a long time at check-in. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell that the staff acknowledged, except for one receptionist who promised to send air freshener.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, although not initially well taken care of, were eventually replaced with an amazing, huge, heated, and luxurious room with great facilities and a helpful staff. The location was peaceful and convenient for sightseeing, close to Fateh Sagar lake, and not too far from the city. The dining experience had a decent spread but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a place where adjustments may be needed but with good potential.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the view of the dirty balcony and construction materials wasn't pleasing, and the rooms definitely needed some renovation. The service was below par, with ongoing issues like unreliable wifi. On the bright side, the staff were nice and even offered swimming lessons, but there were concerns over money matters. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent with a beautiful view of the hills and lake. However, the rooftop restaurant was a disappointment with limited dining options.
